Hi everyone!
I’ve previously talked about the benefits of oil cleansing, and now it’s part of my regular routine. I even oil cleanse my brushes!
When I went on my trip to Europe last month, I decided against bringing my DHC Cleansing Oil because it comes in a pump container, and there was no way to lock it to make sure it wouldn’t spill. I went online to find a more travel-friendly oil cleanser, and after much deliberation I settled on the E Nature Moringa Cleansing Balm. It comes in a container with a lid so I knew it wouldn’t spill in my luggage.

The balm is indeed, a balm, and it has a pretty thick texture, almost like sherbet.

When I first tried the cleansing balm, I didn’t really like it. I also felt like it was breaking me out. However, after using it a couple more times, I realized there are a couple of tricks to make it work.
- Make sure to really rub in this cleansing balm. Because it’s a balm, it’s much thicker than an oil, so you need to rub a little harder to get it to really break down your makeup, and you may also need to leave it on your face for a little bit longer before wiping it off.
- After you wipe off the cleansing balm, you should follow with your regular face cleanser. Make sure that you really get every speck off the balm off of your face. I think I was breaking out because my skin wasn’t used to such a heavy oil.
Overall, I like this balm a lot more than I did in the beginning, but my DHC Cleansing Oil is still my favorite.
